Job Description

Position Summary:

BPO Associates

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat messages as per process requirements.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., CSAT, AHT, FCR).
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Stay updated with product knowledge, process updates, and training modules.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
02 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role.
Good command of English (and/or other required languages).
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

Experience with international voice/non-voice processes.
Knowledge of customer service metrics and KPIs.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
