Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BPM Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) applications and enterprise systems.
The role focuses on banking domain processes, including Retail Loan Origination Systems (RLOS) and Customer Onboarding, using Newgen technologies and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of BPM applications on Newgen platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee configuration, integration, and testing activities to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding and performance standards.
• Define testing and deployment strategies in collaboration with QA and business teams.
• Manage production deployment and resolve post-implementation issues.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure compliance with audit and IT governance standards.
• Drive automation initiatives and contribute to digital transformation goals.
• Conduct impact analysis, performance optimization, and ensure scalability of critical applications.

• Timely and successful delivery of BPM/iBPS projects.
• High application performance (uptime, error rate, and responsiveness).
• Positive feedback from business users.
• Compliance with IT security and governance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in BPM application development, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience with Newgen BPM platforms such as iBPS, OmniDocs, and mobility modules.
• Strong understanding of loan origination workflows, risk assessment, and document management.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, and integration using APIs and Web Services.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and mentoring development teams.
