BPM Technical Lead

As an experienced BPM Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of BPM applications and enterprise systems focusing on banking domain processes such as Retail Loan Origination (RLOS) and Customer Onboarding using Newgen technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end design, development, and deployment of BPM applications on Newgen platforms. - Collaborating with business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications. - Overseeing configuration, integration, and testing to ensure quality deliverables. - Providing technical mentorship and ensuring adherence to coding & performance standards. - Defining testing and deployment strategies with QA and business teams. - Managing production deployments, resolving post-implementation issues, and maintaining technical documentation. - Driving automation initiatives, supporting digital transformation goals, conducting impact analysis, performance tuning, and ensuring scalability. Your performance will be measured based on: - On-time delivery of BPM/iBPS projects. - High application performance and stability. - Positive feedback from business stakeholders. - Compliance with internal IT security standards. - Contribution to continuous process improvements. To qualify for this role, you need to have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Proven experience with Newgen BPM platforms (iBPS, OmniDocs, Mobility modules). - Strong understanding of loan origination, risk assessment, and document management in banking. - Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, APIs, and Web Services integration. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring teams.
