Job Title: Boomi & System Administrator

Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite/Remote Option Available)

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

In lieu of each year of education, three years of progressive experience in the specialty will be considered.

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi.

Preferred Qualifications

Around 15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in the Integration space.

Experience working with various cloud technologies.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 7+ members, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

Participate in design and architecture discussions related to Dell Boomi integrations.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Boomi components (Atom/Molecule).

Maintain high availability and performance of platforms across environments.

Manage Boomi Gateways and APIs, ensuring security and scalability.

Work closely with product teams and stakeholders for environment setup and issue resolution.

Ensure integration best practices and design patterns are followed.

Contribute to API-based initiatives, integration architectures, and industry trends.

Hands-on development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes using Boomi AtomSphere.

Manage and support existing EAI integrations, SOA architectures, and Boomi AtomSphere environments.

Work on Boomi EDI and API Management (APIM).

Conduct design/code reviews, create test plans, participate in testing, and resolve defects.

Lead project phases including design, build, testing, and deployment.

Integrate solutions with SuccessFactors and other third-party applications.

Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering, discussions, and solution presentations.

Technical Skills Required

Expertise in Dell Boomi AtomSphere (Cloud & Application Integration, APIs).

Strong knowledge of Boomi internal architecture and platform setup.

Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width).

Linux server administration, container technologies, and Azure Kubernetes.

Strong knowledge of API management in Boomi.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions, RFPs, and stakeholder discussions.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities.

Proven team leadership and project management experience.
