Develop and manage automation scripts for server provisioning, patching, and compliance. Monitor and analyze server performance and ensure optimal configuration. Perform audits to ensure server configurations comply with standards. Manage and deploy software packages and updates. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server automation. Integrate TrueSight with other IT management tools. Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize server management. Provide technical support and training to users and IT staff.
