About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Blockchain Developer to join our on-site team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in smart contract development, blockchain integrations, and decentralized application (DApp) architecture, along with strong knowledge of Ether.js and related blockchain frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity.
• Integrate blockchain functionality into web and mobile applications using Ether.js or Web3.js.
• Build and maintain DApps and blockchain-based platforms.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless blockchain integration.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and maintain secure coding practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest blockchain trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Ether.js, Web3.js, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum, smart contracts, NFTs, and DeFi protocols.
• Familiarity with IPFS, Truffle, Hardhat, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of cryptography principles and blockchain security standards.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Layer 2 solutions or multi-chain development.
• Knowledge of React.js or Next.js for DApp front-end integration.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Local candidates from Gwalior will be given additional preference.
