Blockchain Developer

• Design, develop, and implement

  Layer 1 blockchain protocols

  and consensus mechanisms.
• Build and optimize

  Layer 2 scaling solutions

  (e.g., rollups, sidechains, state channels).
• Develop, test, and deploy

  smart contracts

  across different blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.).
• Create

  blockchain-based applications and solutions

  aligned with business needs.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems.
• Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, tools, and industry trends.

• Proven experience in

  blockchain protocol development

  (Layer 1 and/or Layer 2).
• Strong knowledge of

  cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems

  .
• Proficiency in programming languages such as

  Solidity, Rust, Go, or C++

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  smart contract development and deployment

  .
• Familiarity with tools like

  Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Ganache, Web3.js, or Ethers.js

  .
• Experience with

  DeFi, NFTs, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)

  is a plus.
• Solid understanding of

  security best practices

  in blockchain development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience contributing to
