Role Description

Home Block

Key Posting Locations (Work in your Home Block):

• Dhamnagar
• Bhandari Pokhari
• Basudevpur
• Chandbali / Dhamara

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:

  Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners (Dealers/Retailers) within the assigned block.

• Partner Management:

  Serve as the primary point of contact, providing training, product knowledge, and operational support to the Channel Partner network.

• Sales Enablement:

  Collaborate with partners to achieve sales targets for Macroweb Solar products.

• Community Engagement:

  Represent Macroweb Solar locally, ensuring high standards of service and brand integrity.

• Reporting:

  Track partner performance and provide timely reports on market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• Must be a resident of the particular area, preferably the specific block of posting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a local network.
• Prior experience in sales, channel management, or field coordination is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary:

  ₹15,000+

  (Inclusive of EPF & ESI)
