Job Summary A highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet our clients business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of these solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules, Power Platform including Power Pages, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Solution Design : Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose solutions to address business needs. Implementation Leadership : Oversee the implementation process and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Technical Expertise Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for both technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CE, driving the adoption of new features and technologies. Client Engagement : Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. Team Collaboration : Work closely with onshore and offshore development teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the team. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Provide training and support to end-users and : Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE solutions architecture and implementation. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE architecture and modules, Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and integration with other Microsoft services. Experience with data migration, integration, and customization. Soft Skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience with data migration, integration, and customization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Bachelor & masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Knowledge of Azure services and integrations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with CI/CD processes and tools. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Additional certifications in related technologies are a plus.
