The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, team coordination, and client satisfaction. You will oversee all technical project management aspects, from planning and execution to closure, while working closely with cross-functional Responsibilities : Lead and manage multiple IT projects across Web, Mobile, AI, and IoT domains. Oversee project scope, schedule, resource allocation, and delivery milestones. Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes. Ensure high-quality delivery through effective team leadership and technical guidance. Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and stakeholder updates. Implement Agile best practices and foster a collaborative project & Skills : Proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Excellent program management and analytical skills. Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Hands-on experience managing projects using Agile methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
