Position Overview

:IDIBIM Consultant Private Limited (a unit of Asia`s leading BIM Service Provider Integrated Design Limited) is urgently hiring a MEP BIM Modeler in its young, dynamic and professional team. The BIM Modeler will work in a team-oriented environment and design the element in pursuance of the BIM Specifications for multifarious types of construction projects. IDIBIM is looking for a candidate who is comfortable working with minimal supervision. This position is primarily accountable to create model elements and will add the required to the elements.Typical Responsibilities:· Design and perform BIM Modelling for specific design discipline using REVIT / AutoCAD under the supervision and direction of the Digital Project Manager / Digital Project Coordinator.· Ensure Models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.· Clean up and synchronize models / drawings on a daily basis to the common data platform.· Ensure all productions are completed on a schedule or in a timely manner.· Report regularly to Digital Project Manager / Digital Project coordinator on the progress of work.· Implement quality control.· Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines regarding design changes and model changes.· Adhere to the BIM Execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria.· Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.· Prepare discipline Model and/or content for BIM coordination meetings.· Generate 2D drawings, schedule and documents.· Attend/Lead the workshops and meetings with clients, consultants and contractors. · Lead all BIM modelling from preconstruction to project closeout.· Must be a team player.· Any other duties based on the project requirement under the role of modeler.Technical Proficiencies:· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Autodesk products· Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is mandatory.· Sound knowledge on Microsoft office (Excel, word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.· Knowledge in Bluebeam, fuzor and Revizto is a plus.Education & Experience:· Candidates must have possess either B.Tech or Diploma degree in engineering.· Must have 4-5 years’ experience in relevant field.· Fair communication in English is a must.· Immediate joining is desirable.
