Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli for a BIM modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating construction drawings, collaborating with architectural and MEP teams, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and modeling (1+ Years )
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• International project experience. (Gulf, US, or UK Projects)
• Expert knowledge of Revit and Navisworks software.
• Knowledge in LOD 300 & 350 and also basic in MEP coordination
• Capability to create and interpret construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
