Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for plumbing models for Irrigation systems and Pool/ Water Featutes, collaborating with architects and MEP consultants, and developing construction drawings. Daily tasks will include updating models, ensuring model accuracy, coordinating with project teams, and adhering to project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience
• Knowledge in Architecture and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) systems
• Ability to produce and interpret construction drawings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in project management is beneficial
