As a BIM Modeler at SV Designers, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D BIM models for MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines in compliance with US standards. Your role will involve preparing detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation as per US codes. You will conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to ensure multi-discipline integration. Collaboration with US-based architects, engineers, and project managers for project coordination is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will maintain and update models throughout various project phases while adhering to company BIM standards and workflows. In addition to the required qualifications, it would be beneficial to have experience with Autodesk BIM 360/ACC for US project collaboration, familiarity with Scan to BIM workflows, and prior experience working on US commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
