SV DESIGNERS

As a BIM Modeler at SV Designers, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D BIM models for MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines in compliance with US standards. Your role will involve preparing detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation as per US codes. You will conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to ensure multi-discipline integration. Collaboration with US-based architects, engineers, and project managers for project coordination is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will maintain and update models throughout various project phases while adhering to company BIM standards and workflows. Creating and managing custom Revit families, templates, and libraries per US standards and generating quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from models are also part of your duties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage 3D BIM models for MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines in compliance with US standards. - Prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation as per US codes. - Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, ensuring multi-discipline integration. - Collaborate with US-based architects, engineers, and project managers for project coordination. - Maintain and update models during design development, construction documentation, and execution phases. - Adhere to company BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and US workflows. - Create and manage custom Revit families, templates, and libraries per US standards. - Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from models for cross-discipline deliverables. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP, Structural, and Architectural modeling (mandatory). - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP, Structural, Architectural) and Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination). - Strong understanding of US BIM standards, drafting practices, and deliverables. - Good communication skills in English. - Strong interactive, coordination, and teamwork skills to work in multidisciplinary international teams. - Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. In addition to the required qualifications, it would be beneficial to have experience with Autodesk BIM 360/ACC for US project collaboration, familiarity with Scan to BIM workflows, and prior experience working on US commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
