IT/Admin Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  remote IT support

  for laptops, connectivity, and software issues faced by the team.
• Oversee installation, updates, and license management for

  AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office 365

  ,

  One Drive

  and other required tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot

  4 company websites

  , coordinating fixes if any functionality issues arise.
• Manage

  annual renewal of software subscriptions

  and maintain proper records.
• Handle other technical or administrative issues that can be resolved remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, MCA, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  Windows/Mac troubleshooting, software installation, and remote support tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  Zoho software, MS Office Suite, AutoCAD/Revit basics

  is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of

  WordPress or website CMS

  for handling website issues.
• Good communication skills, organized, and self-driven.
