Candidate Location Should be in Jaipur. We are looking for a proactive IT/Admin Support Executive who can ensure smooth technical operations for our remote team. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with software, cloud tools, and remote troubleshooting, while also managing basic administrative tech tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide remote IT support for laptops, connectivity, and software issues faced by the team. Oversee installation, updates, and license management for AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office 365 , One Drive and other required tools. Monitor and troubleshoot 4 company websites , coordinating fixes if any functionality issues arise. Manage annual renewal of software subscriptions and maintain proper records. Handle other technical or administrative issues that can be resolved remotely. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, MCA, or a related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac troubleshooting, software installation, and remote support tools . Familiarity with Zoho software, MS Office Suite, AutoCAD/Revit basics is a plus. Basic knowledge of WordPress or website CMS for handling website issues. Good communication skills, organized, and self-driven. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for plumbing models for Irrigation systems and Pool/ Water Featutes, collaborating with architects and MEP consultants, and developing construction drawings. Daily tasks will include updating models, ensuring model accuracy, coordinating with project teams, and adhering to project specifications and timelines. Qualifications Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience Knowledge in Architecture and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) systems Ability to produce and interpret construction drawings Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in relevant software tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field Experience in project management is beneficial
