BIM Engineer - Plumbing

We are already consulting over 300+ million sq ft. spaces across pan India comprising of Retail, Townships, High Rise, IT Park, SEZ & industries etc. Transven provides its clients proven expertise in developing, constructing and operating greener and more economical energy systems.

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing BIM Engineer with strong design experience to join our MEP team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in BIM workflows, plumbing design, coordination, and high-quality model development for building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Plumbing BIM models using Revit as per project standards.
• Prepare detailed plumbing layouts, schematics, and design calculations.
• Coordinate with internal MEP disciplines and external consultants for clash-free models.
• Review drawings, ensure design accuracy, and maintain model integrity throughout project stages.
• Perform quantity take-offs and maintain updated model documentation.
• Support design teams by providing technical inputs and resolving model-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of plumbing design & BIM experience in building infrastructure projects.
• Strong command over Revit MEP, Navisworks, and relevant BIM tools.
• Experience working with consultants or EPC/MEP firms.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Education

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
