Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Coordinator, located in Delhi, India. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP designs, and ensuring integration and accuracy across projects. Daily responsibilities include overseeing BIM model development, collaborating with project teams to detect and resolve design clashes, and ensuring compliance with project standards. The role also entails providing technical support and assisting in implementing project-specific BIM execution plans.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BIM Coordination, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and understanding of relevant tools like Revit or similar software
• Proficiency in Architecture and familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Solid foundation in Project Management principles and their applications in construction planning and execution
• 10+ years of Experience with Metro, Railways and Airports.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture ( Compulsary) or related field; certifications in BIM or Project Management are a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
