About the Role:

BIM Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines using Revit/Navisworks/Civil 3D.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure clash-free designs.
  • Generate detailed construction documents, BOQs, and schedules from BIM models.
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate model reviews.
  • Follow project standards and BIM execution plans (BEP).
  • Integrate models with project timelines using 4D BIM workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in BIM modeling (Revit mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D (optional: Dynamo, BIM 360).
  • Good understanding of LOD (Level of Development) standards and IFC formats.
  • Strong collaboration, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with international codes (e.g., AIA, BS, ISO 19650).
  • Exposure to BIM for infrastructure and sustainability-driven projects.
  • Ability to automate tasks using Dynamo or scripting.
