Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Gurugram. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM), developing architectural drawings, and preparing construction drawings. The role will also involve the coordination of design tasks, ensuring the accuracy of submittals, and collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Experience with Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Ability to manage and review Submittals
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in BIM software and related architectural design tools
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
