Job Description

As a Senior Architect/Senior BIM Architect at Neilsoft, you will bring your extensive industry experience in the AEC sector, with a minimum of 6 years in AEC and at least 3 years in the BIM ecosystem. Leading a team to ensure quality and timely project delivery will be a key focus of your role. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients via calls and emails, fostering trust for sustained project flow, and actively participating in daily project activities to meet delivery requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring error-free and timely project deliverables that meet customer expectations. By preparing checklists and guidelines, you will effectively manage and control quality standards. Supporting the team on technical requirements and resolving project issues efficiently will be crucial aspects of your role, along with coaching, guiding, and training team members on new scopes or projects. Furthermore, you will review RFQs thoroughly and collaborate closely with teams and the delivery head to submit proposals. Compliance with Neilsoft procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as ensuring the team's adherence to procedures, will be essential to maintain quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the team's BIM needs, guiding and training team leads on BIM processes and workflows, and collaborating with the Delivery head to enhance team capabilities. Staying abreast of new BIM developments and continuously improving team processes will be integral to your role. Your proactive approach and hands-on involvement will contribute significantly to the success of projects and the overall growth of the team.,
