The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading and managing multiple project life cycles simultaneously. A deep understanding of design, detailing, construction, and BIM processes is essential. International candidates with the required experience and skills are welcome to apply. Required Skills: - Merit-based selection based on overall experience and skill set. - B.Arch or M.Arch from a reputable national or international university. - Minimum 10-18 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of proficiency in CAD/Revit BIM applications. - Proficiency in BIM tools like Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, Vector Works, etc. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues. - Strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Lead multiple projects and teams of qualified Architects and Engineers. - Engage in client-facing roles to maintain long-term relationships and foster consensus. - Proficiency in project estimation and manpower projections. - Experience with US/UK Projects/Codes is advantageous. - Coordinate and manage BIM processes and protocols. - Ensure strict adherence to BIM Protocols at the Project and Enterprise level. - Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
