The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading and managing multiple project life cycles simultaneously. Required Skills: - Merit-based selection based on overall experience and skill set. - B.Arch or M.Arch from a reputable national or international university. - Minimum 10-18 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of proficiency in CAD/Revit BIM applications. - Proficiency in BIM tools like Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, Vector Works, etc. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues. - Strong organizational skills. Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams and designers is essential to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements and align with architectural standards and principles. Developing and maintaining design standards, guidelines, and best practices optimized for BIM will be a key responsibility. Identifying and mitigating design risks and issues through collaboration with project teams, designers, and stakeholders is crucial. Ensuring that all architectural designs align with the organization's strategic objectives and long-term goals is a priority. Participation in project planning and governance activities is necessary to guarantee that designs are in line with business requirements and project objectives. Collaboration with other architects and stakeholders to identify and resolve cross-functional design issues is essential. Liaising with statutory and local authorities to obtain design approvals is also part of the role. Leading by example and ensuring Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Life Cycle compliance across the team and projects is a responsibility. Providing training and mentoring to junior architects and other project team members is required. Supporting in planning resource needs and escalating as required in case of resource concerns, as well as supporting the recruitment process when needed, is part of the role. Providing feedback on team performance and development requirements, contributing to required business development opportunities, and aiding in the delivery of the business unit strategy are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institute. A minimum of 12 years of proven experience in a similar role with an exemplary track record is required. Experience in working on projects in the Middle East is preferred. Expert knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, as well as expert knowledge in BIM processes such as combining and reviewing models, clash detection, and managing changes, is essential. As a Technical Solutions Executive, you will collaborate with Sales Executives to drive incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by providing impactful technical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing Account Plans, building Customer Relationships, leading Technical Discovery and Value Engineering, securing Customer Closure, collaborating across teams, managing the Sales Pipeline, and engaging with customers.
