Furthermore, you will review RFQs thoroughly and collaborate closely with teams and the delivery head to submit proposals. Compliance with Neilsoft procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as ensuring the team's adherence to procedures, will be essential to maintain quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the team's BIM needs, guiding and training team leads on BIM processes and workflows, and collaborating with the Delivery head to enhance team capabilities.
