Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Specialist, located at the company premises in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. The Billing Specialist will handle day-to-day billing operations, generate accurate invoices, reconcile billing discrepancies, and oversee payment collection. Additional duties include managing customer accounts, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective billing processes. The role requires strong attention to detail and adherence to company policies and financial standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in billing practices, invoice generation, and financial recordkeeping
• Analytical skills and experience in resolving billing discrepancies or errors
• Strong familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A background in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the mining or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
