About the Client

Summary

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Verify billing data against contracts, pricing, and usage
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, adjustments, and credit notes
  • Respond to internal and customer billing inquiries
  • Reconcile billing records with accounts receivable
  • Support month-end close and billing reporting

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and billing/ERP systems - SAP
  • Good communication and time management skills
