Design and implement ML models for risk scoring, claims triage & process automation
• Build and maintain data pipelines and feature stores for real-time ML systems
• Deploy models into production via APIs and batch inference pipelines • Support GenAI applications for document processing & customer service automation
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to turn business needs into solutions
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and improve accuracy over time
• Document code, maintain repositories, and contribute to knowledge sharing
Expected Competency
• 3-5 years in AI/ML or Full-stack development with Python or data engineering
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas/NumPy, SQL
• Exposure to TensorFlow / PyTorch and cloud ML platforms
• Curiosity to learn MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubernetes)
