Key Responsibilities

1. Hands-on Full Stack Development

Backend

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

  Python & Django

• Build and consume

  REST APIs

  for web and mobile platforms
• Design, optimize, and maintain

  PostgreSQL databases

• Implement

  authentication, authorization, and role-based access

• Ensure application

  security, performance, and reliability

Frontend

• Build responsive and scalable UI using

  React JS & Next JS

• Convert

  Figma designs

  into production-ready interfaces
• Develop dashboards, admin panels, and customer-facing applications
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
  

Mobile Applications

• Contribute to or lead mobile app development using

  React Native

• Integrate backend APIs into mobile applications
• Support production releases and feature enhancements
  

2. Product & Platform Ownership

• Build and maintain:
• Admin panels
• User dashboards
• Internal tools
• Customer-facing web & mobile products
  
• Integrate third-party services:
• Payments
• Notifications
• Analytics
• Communication tools
  
• Implement real-time features such as:
• Chat
• Notifications
• Video or live interactions (Agora preferred)
  

3. Technical Leadership & Collaboration (for Senior Candidates)

• Mentor and guide:
• Junior full stack developers
• Interns
  
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Help break product requirements into technical tasks
• Collaborate closely with:
• UI/UX designers
• AI/ML engineers
• Product stakeholders
• Take ownership of modules and guide execution end-to-end
  

4. AI / ML Feature Integration (Exposure Level)

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate:
• Automation workflows
• NLP / LLM-based features
• Recommendation or intelligence layers
• Support backend integration of ML models into core systems
• Stay aware of AI use cases relevant to SaaS and HealthTech
  

5. Architecture, Security & Best Practices

• Design modular, scalable system architectures
• Follow secure coding standards and data protection practices
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (

  AWS / Azure / GCP – basic to intermediate

  )
• Monitor performance, debug production issues, and improve system stability
  

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Strong real-world experience can substitute for formal education
