. The position is responsible for managing the billing process, verifying transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation of spare parts and service-related invoices.

Job Summary

The Billing Officer will handle all billing and invoicing functions, verify stock and service transactions, maintain systematic billing records, and coordinate with the accounts department to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate invoices for spare parts and service-related transactions.
• Verify stock entries, delivery notes, and issue slips for accuracy.
• Maintain updated billing and transaction records in both manual and digital formats.
• Coordinate with the accounts and inventory departments for reconciliation and reporting.
• Support the preparation of periodic sales and billing summaries.
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Management.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or related financial operations.
• Familiarity with automotive parts billing or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
  

Key Skills And Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and multitask efficiently.
