Job Title: Billing Executive Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner. Manage billing cycles and ensure all related processes are completed as scheduled. Review, verify, and process billing data with a high level of accuracy. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or obtain supporting information. Maintain organized billing records and documentation. Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, clarifications, or follow-ups. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the billing function. Familiarity with MS Excel or similar tools is required. Educational Background: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or similar role is highly desirable.
