Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, generate, and verify invoices for solar products (modules, inverters, cables, etc.) as per customer purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensure accurate GST/TDS application, HSN/SAC code classification, and compliance with government regulations.
Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order verification, stock availability, and delivery-related billing.
Maintain and reconcile billing records, credit/debit notes, and customer ledgers.
Handle e-invoicing, e-way bills, and vendor/customer portal uploads (DISCOM, EPC, or corporate clients).
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in coordination with accounts.
Resolve billing discrepancies and support client/vendor queries in a professional manner.
Assist in MIS reports preparation for sales, receivables, and outstanding payments.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation as per audit requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
