Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and tech-savvy Billing Executive who can handle product scanning, invoice generation, and catalog updates for our wholesale operations. You’ll be the key person connecting sales, production, and billing — ensuring that every order is processed smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. If you love multitasking, working around fashion catalogues, and keeping things neat and on point, this role’s totally your vibe. Key Responsibilities:Scan different products accurately and prepare invoices for wholesale clients. Generate and manage bills using billing software (POS / Tally / custom ERP). Edit and update product catalogues with new styles, prices, and SKUs. Create and print production stickers / labels for packaging and stock tracking. Maintain digital and physical records of all bills, product codes, and client details. Coordinate with the production team to verify stock availability and dispatch status. Support basic inventory data entry and reconciliation with warehouse staff. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in all billing operations.
