Job Description

Job Title:Billing Executive

Location:HSR Layout,Bangalore

Experience:1+

Key responsibilities

Invoice management: Prepare and send accurate, timely invoices to customers.
Data verification: Verify billing data and customer account information for accuracy.
Payment tracking: Track incoming payments, update account balances, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Issue resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues, coordinating with other departments as needed.
Record keeping: Maintain updated billing and customer records in the system.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on billing activity and financial data for management.
Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required qualifications and skills

Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often required.
Experience: Proven experience in a billing or similar role is highly beneficial.
Technical skills: Proficiency with billing software and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) is essential.
Soft skills: Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organizational ability, and strong communication and customer service skills are crucial.
Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting principles is important.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
