• Billing & Documentation
• Generate and process E-Invoices and E-Way Bills in compliance with GST regulations.
• Ensure accuracy of dispatch documents including Delivery Challans, Sales Invoices, and LR (Lorry Receipt).
• Maintain proper filing of all billing and dispatch-related documentation.
• GST & Compliance
• Ensure all GST entries are correctly applied and comply with statutory norms.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for GST reconciliation and returns support.
• Sales & Purchase Entries
• Record and verify sales and purchase transactions.
• Work closely with the purchase and sales teams for accurate entry and timely billing.
• Debit & Credit Notes
• Prepare and manage debit and credit notes related to returns, pricing discrepancies, and other necessary adjustments.
• Transportation Coordination
• Liaise with transporters for dispatch tracking, freight documents, and timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain and verify LR documentation and proof of delivery records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of GST, E-way bill portal, and e-invoicing systems.
• Familiarity with logistics and transportation documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation tasks.
