Job Description

Key responsibilities Invoice management: Prepare, generate, and send out invoices to clients accurately and on time.  Payment collection: Monitor accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and apply incoming payments to client accounts.  Discrepancy resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries about their bills.  Record keeping: Maintain accurate billing and client account records, updating them as needed.  Internal collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales and finance, to gather billing information and ensure alignment with company policies.  Reporting: Prepare periodic billing reports for management and assist with month-end closing activities.
