Position Overview:

We are seeking a Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage billing operations, including invoicing, GRN verification, ASN creation, E-way bill generation, and E-invoicing. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, the Billing Executive will ensure smooth and efficient financial processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in BA or B.Com.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in billing or related roles.
• Proficiency in billing software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong understanding of E-way bills and E-invoicing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage invoices for products and services.
• Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for accuracy.
• Create Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) for dispatch tracking.
• Prepare and issue E-way bills in compliance with regulations.
• Execute E-invoicing as per government guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
• Maintain and update billing records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial and taxation regulations.

Working Hours:

• Mon-Sat: 9am to 7pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
