Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Line Inspector to ensure that our production processes and products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time inspection of plastic injection moulded products on the production line to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
• Verify product dimensions, appearance, and functionality using appropriate measuring tools and inspection techniques.
• Monitor production processes and identify any deviations from quality standards, reporting issues promptly to the production supervisor or quality control team.
• Perform regular checks of raw materials and components to ensure compliance with established specifications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results and prepare quality reports as required.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for identified defects or process inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to develop and refine inspection methods and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards during all quality inspection activities

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
