Quality Control Inspector

As a Quality Control Inspector at Trace Network & Engineering Pvt Ltd, your role involves conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and monitoring product and process quality throughout various stages of production. You will be responsible for maintaining documentation, supporting a culture of continuous quality improvement, and collaborating with teams to identify and address quality issues. Regular communication with team members to maintain high-quality outputs is a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards - Monitor product and process quality at different stages of production - Maintain documentation related to quality control activities - Support continuous quality improvement initiatives - Collaborate with teams to identify and address quality issues - Communicate effectively with team members regarding quality findings Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management principles - Proficiency in performing Inspection processes and assessing product compliance with standards - Excellent communication skills for discussing quality findings and collaborating effectively with teams - Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues promptly - Prior experience in a quality control or related role is preferred - Certification in Quality Management Systems or relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is an advantage Please note that this is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
