Candidates will be responsible for operating CNC Turning/Milling machines, ensuring component accuracy, and supporting daily production activities. Freshers will be trained, while experienced operators are expected to work independently. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Turning / Milling machines. Assist or perform machine setups (based on experience level). Read and understand engineering drawings (for experienced). Perform tool offset changes and minor program edits (experienced). Conduct dimensional inspection using vernier, micrometer, and other gauges. Maintain production records and follow work instructions. Ensure machine cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards. Skills & Qualifications ITI / Diploma / DME / Mechanical background preferred. Freshers should have willingness to learn CNC operations. Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controls (added advantage). Quality Control Inspector – CNC Machining Shop Job Description (For Freshers & Experienced Candidates) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our CNC machining shop. The role involves inspecting CNC-machined components, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This position is open to both freshers and experienced inspectors with strong technical skills. Key Responsibilities Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of CNC-machined parts. Read and interpret engineering drawings , including dimensions and tolerances. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges , etc. Record and maintain inspection reports , quality logs, and documentation. Identify and report non-conforming parts and assist in corrective actions. Coordinate with CNC operators and production team to address quality issues. Ensure all measuring instruments are calibrated and maintained . Follow shop-floor quality procedures, safety standards, and ISO requirements . Requirements (Freshers) Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Mechanical or related field. Basic understanding of mechanical drawings (training will be provided).
