Billing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced billing engineer minimum 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate shall have extensive knowledge and proficiency in SOR (schedule of rates) for government projects.

Project type: Government building projects like Offices, High Rise Residential Building, Public buildings, Mass Structure, Hospitals, Institutions, Renovate Heritage Buildings etc.

Responsibilities:

1) Interpret survey data, analyse results, and prepare detailed reports, quantity estimates, layout, and charts.

2) Strong analytical and numerical skills. Previous experience in quantity surveying for supporting client billing activities.

3) Shall collaborate with engineers, supervisors and construction teams to provide work report for infrastructure and development projects.

4) Perform calculations, adjustments, and quantity control checks on survey data to maintain accuracy.

6) Train and supervise junior staff as necessary.

7) Carefully study project drawings details. Identify any discrepancies or missing information.

8) Develop high quality, accurate quantity estimates as per required format of construction.

9) Responsible for timely bill checking of contractors/ sub-contractors for civil related works.

10) Taking inputs and joint record in progress of work from site execution/ engineers.

11) Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required.

12) Maintaining of all-important documentation as per IS0 Standards.

13) Rate analysis, Knowledge of SOR (Schedule of Rates) Quantification of all materials, Reconciliation of all materials, Rate amendment, Knowledge of Core building and Finishing Project done, and finding out the Miscellaneous works done at site outside the WO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
