Urgent Requirement civil Engineer & Site Supervisor [interview date-07.06.2025 to 09.06.2025]
· Prepare client bills (RA bills, final bills, extra item bills, etc.). · Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills based on site measurements and agreements. · Take site measurements as per drawings and specifications. · Verify quantities executed with DPR (Daily Progress Report) and site records. · Cross-check subcontractor’s bills with actual site work. · Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for client and subcontractor works. · Estimate quantities, costs, and variations. · Maintain reconciliation of material, labour and subcontractor bills. · Monitor material consumption vs. purchase/issue records. · Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for billing-related clarifications. · Ensure timely submission of bills and certifications. · Maintain records of work orders, contracts, and rate analysis. · Support audits by providing billing and measurement documents. · Prepare MIS reports on billing, cash flow, and cost control. · Ensure billing is as per contract conditions and drawings. · Check arithmetic accuracy, rates, and applicable taxes.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist with payroll processing and attendance management. Support performance appraisal cycles and training programs. Manage employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Address employee queries and grievances promptly. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is an advantage.
