Billing Engineer

As a Billing Engineer (Site) at Magus Infratech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for preparing billing, estimation, BOQ, costing, tender documents, and contracting for various projects in the real estate and industrial sectors such as building and infrastructure. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation of project quantities and commercial documentation for tender processes and evaluations. You will collaborate with internal teams including the BOQ team, design team, and on-site team to ensure smooth Costing & Contracting functions. Additionally, you will be involved in checking and certifying bills, verifying quantities, compiling bill verification statements, tracking independent contractor bills, monitoring site work, and participating in the Value Engineering process. To excel in this role, you should possess a sound technical understanding of costing and tendering activities. Being computer savvy is essential, and proficiency in scheduling software as well as M.S. Project software is required. Your ability to read and review technical drawings will also be crucial for this position. Magus Infratech Pvt.
