Billing Engineer Facade

Purpose of This Role: -

Major Responsibilities: -

§ Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings

§ Prepare bill of quantities & bills with rates from Tender

§ Get the bills certified from the client.

§ Prepare & process subcontractor bills

§ Prepare billing and payment forecast for the entire project based on the planned schedule.

§ Check bills raised by the contractor. This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates with Tender.

§ Should be able to read CAD drawings and derive the measurements of wall types as per the mode of measurements.

§ To take the measurement from the site engineer.

§ To process it as per the protocol of the company.

§ To follow up on the accounts department for payment.

§ Review of bills of quantities and item lists.

§ Field measurement plotting and mapping with Auto-CAD software.

§ Prepare high-level data analysis and reporting.

§ Prepare labor and other subcontractors entry sheet ever on monthly basis.

§ Prepare reconciliation on monthly basis.

§ Monitor all metal equipment billing.

§ All billings to be checked with budget.

Education, Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering

· Certified/experience in QS.

· Should have knowledge on the mode of measurement stipulated in ISI 2000
