Role Overview
We are hiring a Collections & Accounts Associate who thrives on structured follow-ups, loves clearing ageing buckets, and enjoys seeing money hit the bank. Your core mission is simple: drive monthly collections predictably and relentlessly.
Responsibilities
1. Collections Execution (Primary)
Daily follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, and email
Sending invoices, payment links, reminders
Escalating with legal notices whenever necessary
Securing clear payment commitments
Managing and regularly updating client PoC records
Coordinating with founders/finance teams
2. Account Ageing & Reporting
Maintain 0–30, 30–60, 60–90, 90+ day buckets
Weekly ageing reports and collections forecasts
Highlight risky accounts early
Track Shopify subscription payouts and invoice payments
