Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage billing activities and support tendering processes. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of invoicing, documentation, and basic commercial/contract procedures, along with strong coordination and follow-up skills. Tendering / Documentation : Search, download, and study relevant tenders from government and private portals. Prepare tender documents including technical forms, BOQ, certificates, and annexures. Coordinate with internal departments for data, rates, and required compliance documents. Ensure submission of tenders within deadline (online/offline). Maintain tender register, pre-bid/meeting updates, and submission reports. Support in preparing costing sheets, vendor quotations, and comparative statements. Billing Clerk : Preparation of RA (Running Account) Bills as per site progress and work order terms. Coordinate with site engineers for measurement sheets, joint measurements, and work completion details. Verify quantities, rates, and calculations before raising client bills. Prepare client billing along with supporting documents (measurement sheets, abstracts, photographs, etc.). Check and validate measurements received from site with drawings / BOQ / approved rates. Maintain billing records, projectwise billing tracker, and reconciliation statements. Follow up with clients for bill certification and payment release. Assist in preparing final bills, debit/credit notes, and billing-related reports. Coordinate with accounts and project teams for billing status, GST, and documentation requirements. Maintain proper filing of all billing documents (physical & digital). Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Commerce background with billing experience. 1–3 years experience in RA billing / client billing in construction industry. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and basic calculation formulas. Understanding of BOQ, work order terms, and measurement formats. Ability to read drawings and verify site measurements (preferred). Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
