Salary: 18,000 – 25,000 monthly

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle billing

operations, data entry, and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

experience with Excel and billing software and be able to manage billing tasks accurately and

efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter order and billing data into Inventory Management software and maintain updated records.
• Manage and update Excel reports for daily sales, dispatch, and payments.
• Verify billing details and ensure there are no errors or mismatches.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team to resolve billing queries.
• Maintain organized records and documentation of all bills.
• Handling customer calls
• Support management with billing and data reports when required.

Requirements:

 Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, accounts, or data entry.

 Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data management).

 Able to work efficiently on billing/accounting software (training will be provided).

 Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

 Age: Between 21–35 years.

 Should be responsible, accurate, and punctual.
