Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Billing and Dispatch Executive to handle customer billing, order packaging, and dispatch operations at our wholesale saree store.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate accurate bills and apply discounts/taxes.

· Handle payments (cash, UPI, card).

· Pack and dispatch online/in-store orders.

· Coordinate with delivery partners and track shipments.

· Maintain records of sales, stock, and dispatches.

· Coordinate with clients regarding delivery of products

· Coordinate with warehouse for accurate dispatch of products

Eligibility:

· Prior experience in wholesale/retail billings or dispatch is preferred

· Minimum Degree in Any Stream.

Skills:

● Excellent communication and basic Excel skills.

● Basic knowledge of GST and retail operations.

● Familiarity with billing software (Habron, Phoenix, Tally etc.).

● Advance math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

Working Hours : 11:00 to 09:30 (Male)

Work Days : 06 Days a Week ( 04 Week Offs) Sunday

Benefits:

Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 (Monthly)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
