Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Maintain general ledger and post journal entries, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial statements. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment processing and collections. Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits and ensure smooth audit processes. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Assist in budgeting and forecasting, including tracking expenses and comparing actual financial performance to budgets. Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and policies. Participate in the development and implementation of accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency.
