Staff Nurse(DGNM)

Job Description: The Staff Nurse (DGNM) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing protocols, hospital policies, and patient care standards. You will work under the supervision of senior medical staff and ensure the comfort and safety of patients. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and recording patient vitals, administering medications, assisting in procedures, maintaining patient records, following infection control and hygiene standards, educating patients and families on care, and responding to emergencies promptly. To qualify for this position, you must have a DGNM from a recognized institute, be registered with the State Nursing Council, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience. This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts and there is a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
