Staff Nurse(DGNM)

As a Staff Nurse (DGNM) in our organization, your role is vital in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while adhering to established nursing protocols, hospital policies, and patient care standards. You will be working under the supervision of senior medical staff to ensure the comfort and safety of all patients. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and record patient vitals - Administer medications and assist in procedures - Maintain patient records and reports - Follow infection control and hygiene standards - Educate patients and families on care - Respond to emergencies promptly Qualifications: - DGNM from a recognized institute - Registered with State Nursing Council - Minimum of 2 years of experience In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you will be working full-time in a permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts, and there is a yearly bonus provided. The work location is in person.
