Responsibilities:

• Identifying and Bidding: Actively search for and bid on projects and opportunities that align with the company's services and expertise on various online platforms.
• Proposal Development:Craft compelling and persuasive proposals that highlight the company's strengths and capabilities to potential clients.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address their questions, and negotiate project terms.
• Project Acquisition: Secure projects by winning bids and ensuring successful project initiation and management.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine bidding strategies.
• Profile Management: Maintain a professional and updated profile on online platforms, showcasing skills, portfolio, and reviews.
• Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies for projects.
• Generating Business: Bring new projects and clients to the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Online Bidding Platforms: Familiarity with platforms.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients.
• Technical Knowledge: The candidate must be aware of the IT Technical terms and should have a good knowledge of the same.
• Strong Writing Skills: Ability to craft compelling proposals and other written materials.
• Business Development Skills: Understanding of business development principles and strategies.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate project terms and conditions with clients.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects effectively and ensure timely delivery.

Experience :

• Minimum 1 Year experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift Time- 8 AM to 5 PM

Location- Gulmohar Colony, Bhopal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
